Angela is Deputy Executive Director of a team that has recently delivered over 2000 new homes a year. She has oversight of four regional development teams operating across South, North-West North-East London and North Counties and the Programme Team.
Angela has over 30 years’ experience in the housing sector working for Housing Associations based in London and Essex. She started her Housing career at Southern Housing Group. Since then she has worked for Swan, Gallions and then Family Mosaic (who she joined in 2007). She has worked for the new Peabody since the merger with Family Mosaic in June 2017 and since the subsequent merger with Catalyst in April 2022. Her experience is wide-ranging, and during her time at Peabody she has been responsible for securing and delivering major developments and the creation of several joint venture arrangements with key partners. Under her stewardship, the Design and New Homes and Customer Care teams were set up – teams that have expanded and become increasingly important in delivering high quality homes and services for our new residents and creating great places. Angela served as Chair of the G15 Development Directors group for two years until June 2025. During this time, the group collaborated closely, sharing valuable ideas and best practices while navigating unprecedented challenges across the sector.
In these challenging times Angela is keen to work with partners to ensure the delivery of new affordable homes is maintained, and that Peabody can continue to deliver great homes and places for future residents
