The One Woolwich development programme which will bring 1,563 high-quality, affordable new homes to the Royal Borough of Greenwich. Plans are in place to demolish all existing homes on the three estates, Connaught, Morris Walk and Maryon Grove, and completely redevelop the sites in a £398 million scheme, which is being delivered over seven phases across 13 years.
Together, working alongside PA Housing, our aim is to turn what was essentially a deprived mono-tenure area into a vibrant, welcoming and balanced community, with large family houses, mews houses and one, two and three-bedroom courtyard apartments up to 18 storeys in height
Lovell were appointed to develop The Electric Quarter development in Ponders End. The former Middlesex University site and High Street frontage is being transformed thanks to the £48m development creating new homes, commercial and retail space and a replacement library.
