Vision:
A Quality Home for All

Mission:
In order to achieve a quality home for all, we need to:

1. Increase housing supply
2. Improve quality, safety and sustainability
3. Ensure affordable housing and choice for all

We explored these in more detail in our 2023 Housing Solutions.

In January 2024, we published our Manifesto for Housing, focusing on the policies we wanted to see for housing in party manifestos.

In September 2024 we published our Roadmap to 1.5 million homes, setting out what the Government needs to do and when.

Our Events, Insights and Reports are structured to support our the housing sector in doing its part to achieve our vision and to support change in the sector.
