We are honoured, as a uniquely-positioned membership organisation, to regularly host ‘best in their field’ expert panels at our events. Speakers at these events are those leading the pack in terms of their knowledge, insight and real-world experience of the challenges and opportunities facing the UK housing sector. The results of these value-adding interactions and knowledge-sharing experiences is captured in our event reports from such series as: Development Partnership Forums, Decarbonisation webinars’ and more.

Land and development partnerships with local councils bring housing schemes into use quickly and relieve the rising cost of temporary accommodation. As a long standing partner with Cardiff City Council, Wates were approached by the Council to provide accommodation solutions initially for Ukrainian refugees.
