Major council-led regeneration schemes have gathered pace over the last decade. Within a complex and challenging environment, local councils are increasingly taking the role of lead developers. There is a growing need and demand for mixed use community focused regeneration schemes and town centre regeneration which provide opportunities for locally-led development.
