Council Profile:

The London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham is a London borough partly in west London and partly in southwest London; it forms part of Inner London. It’s the 3rd most expensive borough in the country and at the same time one of the most densely-populated.

One of the Council’s strategic objectives is delivery of genuinely affordable homes. It has developed an ambitious housing development programme with several sites currently in construction in partnerships with housing associations. Many sites coming forward will be delivered directly by the Council.

Why The Council Joined The Housing Forum:

LBHF are committed to the delivery of affordable housing and have identified opportunities in the borough for delivery of up to 1,500 homes to be delivered in the next 5 years.
We’ve built a dynamic development team and have set up an affordable housing delivery framework with partner housing associations to deliver some schemes in partnership.
We’re interested in linking up with like-minded organisations through the Housing Forum who can help us deliver our ambitious £400milion+ housing development programme and help us meet our zero-carbon targets by 2030.
