Company Profile:

We are a housebuilding developer/contractor operating throughout London and surrounding counties. We specialise in new build housing, but we have extensive experience in conversion works, refurbishment and the construction of non-residential buildings, particularly as part of mixed use developments.

We have an extensive and longstanding list of public sector clients with whom we have successfully completed many new developments, several of which have been award winning.

We work closely with our sister company Bugler Homes and as a result we are well resourced and well experienced in delivering land led deals to our RP clients as well as working collaboratively by way of joint venture or other such mechanism.

This is our fourth decade in business during which time we have resolutely stuck to the following firm set of beliefs; teamwork, problem solving, building safely, respect for and investment within our local community and those where we build, building quality homes within time and budget and ensuring that we have an approachable and proactive Customer Care team in place.

In recognition of our commitment to the above we have won many related awards and have external validation in the form of Investors in People (Silver), ISO9001 and 14001, Grade A1 premium rating with the NHBC and an exemplary record with Constructionline, CHAS, SafeContractor, SafeMark and SafePQQ.

We are a Living Wage Employer.

Why The Company Joined The Housing Forum:

We have always seen The Housing Forum as a repository for Best Practice and a true organisational leader for our sector. We joined the forum to benefit from this, as well as giving us the platform to put forward our own ideas and opinions. We anticipate it providing us the opportunity to remain abreast with current thinking, explore new innovations and to capitalise upon this for the benefit of our business and the wider industry.

We believe our involvement with The Housing Forum will enable us to enhance our profile in the sector through networking and taking part in the discussions at events.
