Arcus are a practice of construction and property consultants. We have 40 years experience working in the housing sector and provide a range of multi disciplined services including; Project Management, Architecture, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Building Services Engineering, CDM Coordinator, Clerk of Works and Sustainability services.

We have been involved with many varied schemes and forms of construction. Key areas of operation include new builds, refurbishments, retrofits, conversions, maintenance programmes, condition surveys, extra care schemes and public realm works.

Our expertise covers not only traditional stone and brick built properties but also a mixture of non-traditional forms of construction. Property types include single houses, bungalows, cottage flats, medium and high rise flats, houses in multiple occupation, sheltered schemes, residential/extra care homes, high dependency hostels/units and commercial premises.
However, we are not just about bricks and mortar at Arcus, and understand the need for well planned and sympathetic communications with residents which is essential to maximise investment and customer satisfaction.
