Airey Miller delivers multi-disciplinary professional services to the affordable housing sector. We are members of over 25 frameworks for local authorities and registered providers, and work with all G15 Housing companies – the largest in and around Greater London. We have consistently delivered over 1,000 public sector residential homes annually for over 14 years.
Diversity and innovation are central to our way of working and we have developed a complementary set of skills in-house to provide a comprehensive development management service, adding greater value to our core services.
The Airey Miller group of companies comprises three specialist entities:
Airey Miller Limited – The principal business, undertaking professional services for the public sector primarily as Employers’ Agents, Technical and Cost consultant, and Building Quantity Surveyors.
Airey Miller Partnership – Specialists in the delivery of client-side project management and support services for Local Authorities in connection with housing regeneration and development projects.
Airey Miller Surveys Limited – Specialists in the provision of Employer’s Agent, Contract Administration, and associated services for fire remediation works to external walls.
Why we joined The Housing Forum
Our service-offering has been developed specifically to meet the needs of our local authority and public sector clients and we are dedicated to supporting you in any way we can. We invest not only in the development of our people but also that of our clients, through involvement with The Housing Forum and our own Councils Building Homes forum, which aims to build the capacity of our local authority clients through keynote speeches, workshops and roundtable discussions.
