At the heart of The Housing Forum’s ethos is partnership working. As the only cross-sector housing membership organisation in the UK, we are eager to promote working in partnership across our membership. Our members frequently work together on major projects, including in developing new homes.
March 2024 saw the completion of one such project, with Housing Forum member Bugler Developments finishing a site on Bell Road, Hounslow: ‘The Hue’. Built on a site owned and managed by A2 Dominion, the project features 127 homes of varied size and tenure, with affordable and shared ownership properties available.
The site was completed in partnership with Housing Forum member John Rowan Partners acting as Employer Agents on the site.
Mike May, Director of Construction at A2Dominion, said: “We’re pleased to complete this transformative project with our partners at Bugler Developments. We have a strong-track record of delivering high-quality homes across the London Borough of Hounslow and this modern development will help more people to live in an affordable property.”
Andy Bugler, Bugler Developments CEO, said, “All at Bugler are proud to have delivered 127 much needed new affordable homes in Hounslow, following the completion of The Hue on Bell Road.
“Having worked together for almost 25 years, we have a have a strong, long-standing relationship with A2Dominion and are pleased to have cemented this further at The Hue, a stunning development in the heart of the town centre.
“The Bugler team, together with those from A2Dominion and JRP, worked collaboratively to ensure that these high quality and spacious new homes were built to the highest standard ready for all future residents to enjoy for many years to come.”
