The Housing Forum is seeking your views on Government proposals to increase planning fees

The Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities has opened a consultation on increasing planning fees and improving the performance of local planning authorities – you’ll find full details of the Government’s proposals here.

We’re compiling a response on behalf of Housing Forum members and would be grateful for your input:

  • If you are planning to submit a response from your own organisation, it would be great if we could have sight of this by Tuesday 11 April. We are happy to receive draft responses, and won’t be quoting the views of specific members, but rather reflecting the overall views of our membership.
  • If you aren’t planning to submit a full response, but nevertheless have views on one or more aspects of the proposals which you would like us to reflect in our response, please let us have these as soon as they’re ready – again by the 11 April at the latest.

Contact Anna Clarke, Director of Policy and Public Affairs, anna.clarke@housingforum.org.uk with your input.
