The Housing and Construction industry continues to meet exceptional challenges in new homes delivery, regeneration, retrofitting, building safety and net zero carbon. Skills and labour shortages play a significant role in these challenges.

Our sector is renowned for innovation and creating opportunity in times of great challenge, and there are opportunities for increasing the skills and labour talent pool.

The Housing Forum will host a panel debate event to discuss access to the workplace post-pandemic. Our panel chair and speakers have wide-ranging expertise around Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion, under-representation and access to construction, STEM Returners, and Mental Health in the Workplace.

There will be opportunity for Q&A, and the event will conclude with a drinks reception. Great opportunities for networking and discussion in relaxed surroundings.
