Housing Asset Strategy Forum No 2/ 2022

The second of our informative series on Asset Strategy issues will bring us up to date on Building Safety.

Bobby Chakravarty, Partner, Arcus Consultancy will consider the impact of changes to the legal requirement for building owners to appoint a Building Safety Manager.

Nick Pricefrom Mulalley will cover Social Value from asset management works. We will be joined by Mark Standen, Director of Energy and Sustainability at Syntegra Group who will cover Retrofit for Decarbonisation and Nahim Ruhi-Khan, Head of Strategy and Investment, Leeds City Council will conclude with an update on Leeds CC ‘s substantial retrofit programme.

The Asset Strategy Forums are an ongoing series focusing on strategic stock reinvestment informed by advanced data management, building safety and remediation, home energy management and decarbonisation options for existing homes.

Other dates for Asset Strategy Forums in 2022 are 6 July and 16 November.
