Development Partnership Forum No 2 | 2023 – Midlands

Our 2nd Development Partnership Forum in 2023 will be with Hill Group focusing on the housing led regeneration of Coventry City. The shared approach between the City Council and Hill is set to accelerate the delivery of a mixed housing offer in a prime location at the heart of this historic city.

The Forum will also feature housing initiatives across in the Midlands – Net Zero homes in Warwick, the regeneration of the Royal Wolverhampton Hospital and the contribution of Build to Rent to a mixed housing offer in our towns and cities.

Speakers include:

  • Richard Moon, Director of Property Services, Coventry City Council
  • Andy Fancy, Regional Managing Director, Hill
  • Richard Pell, Associate Partner, FFT 
  • Brendan Geraghty, Chief Executive Officer, UKAA 
  • Anna Clarke, Director of Policy and Public Affairs, The Housing Forum 

The afternoon walking tour will cover key city centre sites and demonstrate how new housing growth and infrastructure will align with Coventry’s unique heritage.
