This is the sector’s premier cross sector housing event for housing construction, bringing the industry together to share knowledge with partners and gain industry focused insight.

We are delighted to be heading towards the biggest attendance we’ve ever had for our National Conference. Delegates include housing associations and local councils, contractors and developers, suppliers and manufacturers, specialist consultancies, and representatives from central government departments and agencies including Homes England and the GLA.

Earlier this year we published our ‘Housing Solutions’ policy proposals, which set out the key housing policy changes needed to deliver housing and ensure a quality home for all. The conference builds upon that with focus on the key challenges and actions for housing sector itself and what we all need to do for successful housing delivery.

There are two free tickets for our members and one complimentary ticket for our local authority members.

Additional and non-member tickets can be purchased.

With expert speakers and Q&A, the Conference aims to inform and inspire to take full advantage of the opportunities across housing.

The whole-day event will start with keynote address by Simon Rawlinson, Partner at Arcadis, with four streams throughout the day:

  • Building safety and secondary legislation
  • Accelerating estate regeneration
  • Decarbonisation and climate resilience
  • Councils and housing delivery

Four interactive breakout sessions will run late morning and early evening The day includes an industry  exhibition, numerous networking opportunities and  culminates in an end of conference drinks reception to introduce the coming year’s cohort of  The Housing Forum’s  Futures Network – the next generation of leaders supporting the advancements in our sector.

You’ll be able to better navigate the business landscape because you’ll be informed and up to date with industry developments, and network with business leaders and contributors.

You’ll be informed as to the way forward for the housing market; its prospects and challenges – delivered by opinion leaders, government, and Housing Forum members.

You’ll understand the implications of the profound change decarbonisation will have on the housing sector, and what government needs to do to support the significant provisions required.
