The housing association has recently taken on six affordable homes in the south London borough
Wandle purchased the six homes from property developer Featherstone Homes – four are for social rent, and two for shared ownership.
The properties are located within the Bermondsey area of Southwark, and Anne Waterhouse, Chief Executive of Wandle, said: “I am proud we can support families by supplying these much-needed homes in one of our key boroughs. These six affordable homes will provide a safe and affordable foundation for our residents to build a future.”
