L&Q is embarking on a major works programme that will see nearly £3bn of home investment over the next 15 years.
The 107,000-home landlord has signed contracts with 10 partners, including THF members Durkan, Equans and Wates.
The focus will be on upgrades and decarbonisation, and will include work such as new kitchens, bathrooms, boilers and insulation.
