Guinness Partnership, Countryside Partnerships, Arcadis and Kingston London Borough Council are involved in Phase 2 of Signal Park in Tolworth

The Guinness Partnership, one of the UK’s largest providers of affordable housing, has formed a 50/50 joint venture with developer Countryside Partnerships to deliver Phase 2 at Signal Park – a major redevelopment in Tolworth in the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames.

The scheme, which has a gross development value of £400m, will create more than 700 mixed-tenure homes.

The Guinness Partnership offers housing to meet a diverse range of needs, including social rent, affordable home ownership options and housing for older people.

Work on site is expected to begin by early 2025, once full planning permission is granted.

Fellow THF member Arcadis has been appointed as the joint venture supervisor.
