Housing boost for Buckinghamshire as Council appoints Hill to deliver more than 177 homes
THF member Hill will redevelop land on Bellfield Road which will transform the site of a disused storage facility into a 68 one, two, and three-bedroom apartments. All available through affordable rent, Hill will be finalising a reserved matters planning application for the scheme in the spring. The development will employ modern methods of construction, such as off-site steel frame and bathroom pod fabrication.
On the other site at Ashwells Field, Hill will create more than 100 two, three, four, and five-bedroom houses for private sale, and a mix of affordable tenures.
