BPTW has just announced their appointment to design Oxford’s latest residential neighbourhood – Redbridge Paddock for OX Place and another of our members Hill Group UK. Their winning bid winning for the 4.9-hectare site “demonstrated a sustainable, community-focused vision underpinned by our commitment to designing exemplary homes inspired by Oxford’s distinct character.” Read their announcement here.
Arcus Consulting LLP have announced that Kelso Cochrane, Kensal Road, where they acted as Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveyors for fellow members Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, has won best affordable housing development at Inside Housing’s 2023 awards.
