The Housing Forum is delighted to welcome its new 2024/5 cohort of the Futures Network, our development programme for young housing sector leaders.

The Futures Network was first set up in 2021 and is now in its fourth cohort. Each cohort has a number of opportunities to develop their professional skillset, including presentation and speaking opportunities and an annual research project. Each member of the Futures Network is also linked up with a mentor, a senior employee of a Housing Forum member.

Our 2023/4 cohort’s current programme: Build Your Future in Housing, focuses on addressing the housing sector skills shortage with a series of employer factsheets, video and podcast content, being released throughout the summer.
