Following Sandra’s retirement announcement we are recruiting for a full time Events and Marketing manager.

Events & Marketing Manager

Salary: £45–50k • Location: Hybrid (London)

The Housing Forum brings together more than 150 organisations across the housing and construction sector to drive quality, collaboration and innovation. We deliver a respected year‑round programme of national events and industry initiatives that support our members to deliver a quality home for all.

We are seeking an experienced Events & Marketing Manager to shape and deliver our annual programme of conferences, roundtables, workshops and webinars, while leading a strong digital marketing strategy that elevates our brand and deepens engagement across our membership.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and delivering c.30 high‑quality events each year
  • Leading multi‑channel marketing campaigns across web, email and social media
  • Creating compelling digital content and growing our online presence
  • Working closely with speakers, members and sponsors to ensure an excellent experience
  • Using CRM insights and analytics to drive engagement and continuous improvement

About you:

You’re an organised, creative and confident communicator with proven events management experience and strong digital marketing skills. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working across a varied, purposeful portfolio.
