There’s a real need for the industry to come together and focus on practical ways to support first-time buyers and The Housing Forum has put forward two policy ideas exploring how targeted fiscal changes, from stamp duty to inheritance tax, could better support first-time buyers, alongside a more flexible shared ownership model developed in partnership with Daniel King and Vistry Group.
