Helen is delighted to have been elected as one of two Deputy Chairs of The Housing Forum Board.
As a longstanding Board member, she has seen THF evolve and shape through many market conditions. She is Business Growth Director of the award-winning, 5* housebuilder, Hill Group with 20 years’ experience in the residential sector. Regeneration schemes are her area of expertise, pulling together public-private-partnerships of varying scales nationally.
She works predominantly with Local Authorities and Registered Providers across schemes of differing scales. From the re-shaping and delivery of entire new neighbourhoods, to individual sites. What is paramount is the delivery of quality, healthy new homes delivered within environments where people, families and acquaintances have their own space and ingredients to thrive.
Helen commented that “the Deputy Chair of the Housing Forum is a key leadership role and I am proud to be able to support both the Chair and Chief Executive in their duties. This position offers a great opportunity to shape the forum’s future endeavours at a time of enormous market change and adaption, to the new norm of a constantly changing housing platform. It is important to me that the forum remains inclusive and a figurehead in the sector for forward and directive thinking.”
