Caroline is responsible for identifying, researching and developing responses to new initiatives and new strategic opportunities.
She works across the wider Osborne organisation and with external organisations to implement these. In addition, Caroline is responsible for managing the cross functional activities in Osborne’s Construction business, such as business improvement, proposals, employment and skills and communication.
Caroline’s interests extend beyond Housing to the wider Built Environment, and she is passionate about sharing knowledge across sectors. To support this, Caroline represents Osborne on the CBI’s London Regional Council where she contributes to the CBI policy debate on business and political issues.
She is also Chair of CECA’s (The Civil Engineering Contractors Association) Public Affairs Group.
Prior to joining Osborne, Caroline was a civil servant working on Construction Policy.
About Osborne
Osborne is one of the leading construction businesses in the UK. As a family-owned business, we have the freedom and flexibility to take a different approach. We focus on creating structures and spaces that provide an environment for people to thrive in, and solutions for our customers that provide a better experience during the creation.
From rail to road, housing to healthcare, however large the project or contract, we know that it is always personal to the people who use it and those that are responsible for it.
