Rory Lowings is a housing project manager with experience across the public and private sectors. Since 2021 he has been responsible for the Hill group’s Solohaus project, which has delivered over 200 single occupancy modular homes in partnership with Local Authorities and homelessness charities over the past four years. Andy Hill’s charitable Foundation200 project has gifted many of these free of charge. Solohaus schemes have been completed in diverse locations from Cornwall to Ipswich. Rory’s past experience includes helping deliver Cambridge’s 500 new homes programme, as part of the council’s Housing Development Agency. He also spent some years in Homes England’s public land team. In his free time, Rory acts in amateur theatre productions in Cambridge.
