Councillor Elizabeth Campbell has been the Leader of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea since 2017, in the aftermath of the Grenfell Tragedy. Successfully re-elected twice, she is leading a Council that is committed to being Greener, Safer and Fairer. She is currently Vice Chair of London Councils, a collective of London local government representing the city’s 32 boroughs and the City of London. London Councils is a key partner in Opportunity London, the city’s partnership promoting sustainable investment into real estate, regeneration and green infrastructure across all of London’s boroughs and communities. Born and based in Hong Kong for 25 years, Elizabeth graduated from Oxford University with a Master’s degree in Modern History.
