Our 2nd Development Partnership Forum in 2023 was with Hill Group focusing on the housing led regeneration of Coventry City. The shared approach between the City Council and Hill is set to accelerate the delivery of a mixed housing offer in a prime location at the heart of this historic city.
The Forum also featured housing initiatives across the Midlands – Net Zero homes in Warwick, the conversion of the former Royal Hospital, Wolverhampton (a Grade II listed building) and the contribution of Build to Rent to a mixed housing offer in our towns and cities.
The afternoon walking tour covered key city centre sites demonstrating how new housing growth and infrastructure will align with Coventry’s unique heritage.
