The build-to-rent sector has been a growing part of the housing landscape in recent years, moving out beyond the student and young professional market into new areas, and including houses as well as flatted developments.
As the cross-sector housing body, The Housing Forum provides opportunities for people from different parts of the housing sector to come together to share knowledge. This round table explored the role of build-to-rent housing in mixed tenure housing developments.
It looked at the impact on build-out rates, building for different sectors of the community and at the partnerships and investment needed to bring this about.
