Our first Development Partnership Forum of the year brought us to Bristol, with a series of talks hosted at Foot Anstey’s offices.

The talks featured a focus on the state of housing in Bristol, the legal options for setting up Joint Ventures, sustainability in housing, and the build-to-rent sector.

Two site visits were then undertaken at YTL’s substantial development at Filton and Dandara’s Build to Rent development at Bedminster Green.
