THF members emh and Lovells are involved in the 77-home project

A new affordable homes development is nearing completion in Whetstone, South Leicestershire.

The Villers development will provide 27 homes for social rent, 39 for shared ownership, and a supported living block of 11 flats.

The first of the shared ownership homes are due to be completed this spring, with all properties anticipated to be handed over by the end of the year.

All homes will be provided by THF member emh group, one of the largest providers of affordable homes in the East Midlands. The project is part of emh’s strategic partnership agreement with Homes England, and in partnership with Blaby District Council and development partners and fellow THF member Lovell Partnerships.
