The mixed-tenure project will include 323 affordable homes

Network Homes has exchanged contracts with fellow THF member Countryside Partnerships in a joint venture to begin construction of 654 new homes.

Work on the first stage of the PRP-designed Northwick Park transformation in the London Borough of Brent has now begun.

Once complete it will deliver 323 affordable homes, funded through the Greater London Authority’s Affordable Homes Programme 2016-23, with the remainder for private sale or rent.

Network Homes currently has 2,633 homes under construction – a record number for the housing association to be building at one time.
