Our mission is to deliver quality homes, build communities and improve lives. Our vision is to provide homes that people choose. We provide more than 9,500 affordable homes in 15 local authority areas in Kent and Sussex. Over the years we have invested heavily in our homes, and continue to do so as part of the Peabody Group. In addition to general needs homes, we offer a wide range of housing, including key worker, shared ownership and specialist accommodation including a women’s refuge, housing for people with learning and physical disabilities, and a hostel for ex-offenders.
