Sovereign Network Group is one of the most active developers of all housing associations in the UK.

We currently own and manage more than 37,500 homes, working with a large number of local authorities and other partners to provide services to over 85,000 residents. We are also a major provider of Low Cost Home Ownership homes; we currently manage around 4,800 shared ownership and leasehold properties, and a growing portfolio of market and sub-market rented homes, commercial property and temporary accommodation.

We employ around 1,000 staff and have offices in Newbury, Abingdon, Basingstoke, Bristol, Christchurch, Exeter and Swindon.

Our financial strength (we have a rating of AA with Standard and Poor’s and A1 with Moody’s) underpins our aim to grow. We aim to achieve this through a combination of development – including the redevelopment of under-used and outdated assets – and stock acquisition in our core operating areas.
