| As a Registered Provider (housing association), Paradigm Housing Group manages about 17,000 homes across 30 local authorities, with the majority of their homes in Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire. Paradigm’s vision is to make the best use of resources so that they can provide more affordable homes to those who need them most, as well as offering a fair deal to existing residents.
Paradigm is a charitable organisation, and so the surplus they make is ploughed back into investing in existing homes and communities, as well as building new homes – Paradigm’s Corporate Plan sets out their intention to build at least 400 new homes a year for rent and sale. |
