Inner Circle Consulting (ICC) is a management consultancy based in Bermondsey, London. We assist senior leaders with complex urban regeneration projects and organisational change programmes, from business case development and governance through to project delivery.
The majority of our projects are about planning, regeneration, communications, implementing and managing change, transforming place and improving the lives of communities. From developing world leading life-science research districts, to restructuring a local authority’s land holding to delivering regeneration, or creating an independent living housing programme across a county, we create significant positive impact on the places people live, work and use. We believe our approach is unique in terms of our ability to tailor our services to our diverse client’s needs. Our talented team is able to have a huge impact on a wide variety of nationally important projects, with each setting new standards in their field and overcoming knotty challenges for our clients.
