Complex Asset Management Solutions (CAMS) is an award winning asset management consultancy service. Supporting housing providers to optimise their assets by implementing robust asset management processes. Undertaking maturity gap assessments, CAMS can identify where the organisation would benefit from improvements and can support housing providers in developing an Asset Management Policy, SAMP or Asset Information Strategy. Founder, Craig Demanuele is certified by the Institute of Asset Management and with 30 years of asset management experience in multiple sectors, including; Utilities, Transport, and Defence industries, CAMS can evidence the savings achieved in other sectors and the benefits in businesses transforming their approach to asset management and making this a priority for the housing sector. CAMS offer a Decision Support Tool to optimise maintenance lifecycle planning and support asset managers to develop optimised maintenance strategies, as well as support other key asset decisions such as procurement and disposal, whilst providing Whole Life Cycle appraisals, taking social and environmental factors into account.  Effective asset management enables an organisation to understand what “value” means to them. This isn’t simply maintaining homes, but ensuring that the root cause is identified in every repair visit, understanding the social and environmental benefits in the decision-making process and the impact to customers if there is no clear asset management system in place. CAMS would be keen to engage with any organisation who see value in their assets and would like to learn how effective asset management can improve tenant satisfaction.
