bpha was created 35 years ago, following the transfer of the then North Bedfordshire Borough Council’s housing stock. Since then, the housing association has grown to own and manage over 20,000 homes. bpha continues to have a strong presence in Bedford and are now equally proud to serve local communities from Oxford to Cambridge.
bpha is a not-for-profit organisation registered with the Regulator of Social Housing, currently enjoy the highest possible governance and financial ratings from the Housing Regulator.
