Adept is a dynamic, firmly established civil and structural engineering consultancy with an excellent reputation for delivering complex and specialist housing projects across all sectors. We provide expert consultancy encompassing every aspect of civil and structural engineering.

Founded in 2007, we have substantial experience of delivering low, mid and high rise housing from our bases in Leeds, London, Manchester and Sheffield. We work seamlessly as part of every project team to help improve buildability and harness Modern Methods of Construction, saving time and cost, and minimising the scheme’s environmental impact through an innovative approach to the design of the building’s fabric and devising sustainable urban drainage solutions.

Our developments take into account the needs of residents in terms of internal living space, access and external spaces, helping deliver a positive social impact on the communities in which they are located. We take a ‘hands-on’, director-led approach to carefully manage progress on every scheme. We listen to our clients and their stakeholders, and collaborate seamlessly as part of the project team towards the ultimate goal of building better housing for all.
