Mark Whittaker will help steer Lovell’s ambitious plans for the North East region

Developer Lovell Partnerships is continuing its upwards trajectory in the North East with a new appointment to its senior team. Mark Whittaker brings more than 25 years’ experience to his role as the region’s Head of Construction.

The new appointment follows what has proven to be a strong year for the region which broke ground on its latest development, Cornish Park in Spennymoor, County Durham, in the spring.

Once complete, Cornish Park will offer a selection of two, three, and four-bedroom new homes, 71 of which will be available on the open market, with the remaining 53 as affordable housing.

Paul Devaney, Regional Managing Director of Lovell Partnerships’ North East, says: “We’re so pleased to have Mark on board. Our team has now grown beyond 30 talented members of staff, and we’re confident that each new appointment is helping towards our overall goals as we cement our place in the North East.”
