THF member Lovell Partnerships has three new recruits
To support its ambitious growth plans across the north-east, THF member Lovell Partnerships has added to its team.
Brian Smith, Christopher Cane and Tom Wilson have joined as senior estimator, site manager, and design co-ordinator respectively.
Lovell’s north-east region has already had a strong start to the year after breaking ground on its latest development in the former mining town of Spennymoor, County Durham. Once complete, Cornish Park will offer a selection of two, three, and four-bedroom new homes, 71 of which will be available on the open market, with the remaining 53 offering affordable housing.
Paul Devaney, Area Director of Lovell Partnerships’ north-east region, said: “It’s great to welcome Brian, Chris and Tom to our growing team. Each of them brings something different to the team which will be invaluable for our upcoming plans over the coming months.”
