Proposals for the Pendleton scheme include approximately 450 family homes
THF member Lovell Partnerships is undertaking a public consultation on plans for the next phase of its regeneration project within the Pendleton neighbourhood of Salford.
This latest phase of development will include about 450 family homes, 30 per cent of which will be affordable housing.
The proposals have been developed in conjunction with fellow THF member Salford City Council.
Tahreen Shad, regional partnerships director for Lovell Partnerships, said: “We look forward to receiving feedback on the proposals and continuing to work with the council to bring these plans to life.”
