Longhurst Group has partnered with local construction firm Lindum Group to deliver the homes in Bassingham, near Lincoln.
Now that plans have received Council approval, work could begin as early as this summer.
The development is a mix of 10 affordable rent and eight Shared Ownership homes.
These will include one and two-bedroom bungalows, as well as two and three-bedroom semi-detached houses.
