The development will provide 13 new homes

Planning permission has been awarded for a mixed used development in the Borough of Islington.

Designed by THF member Levitt Bernstein for Islington Council, the infill project on Elmore Street and the existing Lindsey Mews Estate will be set across three buildings.

The scheme will provide 13 new homes, with 62 per cent dedicated to affordable housing.
