The decision by Joint MD Tony Battle to retire at the end of June has prompted Boardroom changes
After 34 years of service at Kind & Company, Joint Managing Director Tony Battle (pictured) has announced his intention to retire.
From 1 July, long-serving Director of Operations Steve Juson will move into the role of Managing Director.
Pre-Construction Director Gerry Lennon will join the Board of Directors to support the company’s strategy for continued profitable growth.
To compliment these appointments and reinforce Kind’s growth aspirations, current Joint MD Bill Bassenger’s position in the business will convert to Chief Executive Officer.
