Countryside Partnerships has been shortlisted in four categories at this year’s British Homes Awards
The British Homes Awards recognise excellence and innovation, with a particular emphasis on architecture, interior design and build quality.
Countryside Partnerships has been shortlisted in four categories, with Beaulieu in Essex, Rochester Riverside in Kent, South Oxhey Central in Hertfordshire, and The Quarters @ Redhill, Telford, all nominated.
Countryside’s joint venture development with L&Q, Beaulieu, which includes around 3,600 homes across 604 acres in Chelmsford, Essex, has been shortlisted in the Best Mixed-use Development category.
Rochester Riverside in Kent has been shortlisted in the Best Housing Partnership category, recognising the successful joint venture between Countryside Partnerships and Hyde.
South Oxhey Central, Countryside’s £218m mixed-use regeneration scheme with Home Group, has been shortlisted for Regeneration Scheme of the Year.
And The Quarters @ Redhill, Countryside’s 450-home development near Telford, has been chosen as a finalist in the Best Garden/Landscaping Design category.
