The Housing Forum Housing Asset Strategy Forum aims to provide a long-term approach to asset management

Through 2021 and beyond, the central issues in the existing housing stock include safer buildings, net-zero carbon, social value, and delivering excellence in client and contractor competencies at a time when the capacity for investment is challenging.

To support building owners in a period of change and change management, The Housing Forum Asset Strategy Forum aims to provide a long-term approach to asset management, analysing what makes long-term partnerships succeed through flexibility, cost efficiencies, resident engagement and good governance.

Housing Asset Strategy Forums by webinars and round table discussions provide perspectives across the housing spectrum from Housing Associations, Contractors, Councils, Consultants, Procurement and Energy Specialists.

Over 200 delegates attended our first two focussed Housing Asset Strategy Forum events with positive feedback.
