THF member Hill Group is making progress at McArthur’s Yard. The housing project is part of a wider scheme to transform Bristol’s historic waterfront area.
Developed in partnership with fellow THF member The Guinness Partnership, the scheme will provide 120 homes for shared ownership and private sale.
Hill broke ground at McArthur’s Yard at the end of 2021 and the development is scheduled to complete in summer 2024.
