THF member Hill has announced the handover of the remaining houses at the former Parker Pen factory in Newhaven, East Sussex.
Delivered in partnership with social housing provider Stonewater, the 145-home development is a mix of apartments and two, three and four-bedroom houses, with 76 properties available for shared ownership.
