The homes are being built to the ‘Excellent’ 4-star Home Quality Mark

The City of London Corporation has appointed Higgins Partnerships to develop 91 homes on its York Way residential estate in Islington.

The scheme will include studio, and one, two, three, and four-bedroom homes. Half will be allocated to tenants of Islington Council.

Dominic Higgins, Operations Director for Higgins Partnerships, said: “This development will provide much-needed social rent homes for local people which are being built to achieve the ‘Excellent’ 4-star Home Quality Mark, providing residents with low running costs and positive impacts on their health and wellbeing.”

The project is due for completion in early 2025.
